The Melanoma MetNet Center generates a vast amount of diverse and high-dimensional data sets. The Computational & Data Analysis Core aims to provide robust and harmonized analysis pipelines to integrate data generated within the Melanoma MetNet Center and other MetNet centers. The primary objectives of this Core are to 1) establish and standardize computational workflows for reliable data processing and analysis, 2) integrate varied datasets generated by all Melanoma MetNet Center projects, and link them to public resources, and 3) create a user-friendly platform to visualize and explore Melanoma MetNet Center data.
